Youth Training courses are designed youth who are:
Our FREE youth courses build a fun and lively atmosphere for learning while equipping students with skills and qualifications to enter the workforce or move onto further training.

FREE for 16 & 17 year olds: Computing will give you skills that can open doors into administration or computing jobs plus further study in web design, computing or programming.
In this introduction course you can learn:
Qualification
Students can earn the National Certificate in Computing (Level 2). We'll also help you get your learners driver's licence for FREE while studying on the course!

FREE for 16 & 17 year olds: You can learn to create your own music. You’ll receive instrumental and vocal tuition within a group context from an industry experienced musician. In addition, the course will cover basic computing, including web development and design.
Qualification
Students can earn the National Certificate in Computing (Level 2), as well as units towards the National Certificate in Music (Level 2). Plus
we'll also help you get your learners driver's licence for FREE while studying on the course!

FREE for 16 & 17 year olds. Get into engineering with our one-year Level 2 course.
In the introduction course you can learn:
Qualification
Students can earn the National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Level 2) plus 20 literacy and numeracy credits to help them gain NCEA Level 2. We'll also help you get your learners driver's licence for FREE while studying on the course!

Students can earn the National Certificate in Retail (Level 2), as well as units towards the National Certificate in Hospitality (Cafe) (Level 3) and literacy and numeracy units thats count towards NCEA. Plus we'll help you get your learners driver's licence for free while studying on the course.

FREE for 16 & 17 year olds: Welding Skills is an excellent stepping stone into a job or an apprenticeship.
Qualification
Students can earn the National Certificate in Employment Skills, plus units toward the National Certificate in Welding (Level 3). We'll also help you get your learners driver's licence for FREE while studying on the course!
